Dear Sir/Madam, 

You are aware that Telangana, India's newest and the 29th State came into existence w.e.f. 2nd June 2014. It is the 2nd Telugu speaking State of the Country. After division of the State into AP and Telangana, the Chapters of PRSI - Vizag and Tirupati have naturally remained in Andhra Pradesh while Hyderabad became the jurisdictional chapter of Telangana State. 

Hyderabad Chapter, being the lead Chapter in the undivided State, it organized 12 state-level Conferences including one Southern Regional conference. When the 13th State Level conference was due, the separation took place and it is thus the 1st Telangana State PR Conference to be held on 21st Feb 2016. 

The umbrella theme of the Conference is “Bangaru Telangana: PR Communication Perspective”. Bangaru Telangana means “Golden Telangana” that has been envisioned by the State Government to reflect the native wisdom of the people to harness the local resources optimally and to develop the State in the fastest manner possible. In this process, PR and Communication are the requirements to get connected with the people. 

The Conference and its Sessions, carefully designed by PR Guru, Dr CV Narasimha Reddi with his 6 decades of PR experience will naturally focus on PR and Communication perspectives in the process of development and will certainly promote many disciplines associated with it. Several eminent speakers will focus their address on the theme and topics given to them. 

As part of the conference there will be competitions in the categories of Corporate Video Production, House Journals, Newsletter, Website, Calendars, Diaries, Brochures and Annual Reports etc. and awards will be presented for the best. A commemorative souvenir is also planned to compile the proceedings.
